Rida founded Revive by Design to give Alberta employers a safety partner that behaves like one, certified instruction delivered on-site, certifications issued the same day, and expiry dates coordinated so nothing lapses without warning.
With a background spanning clinical research, healthcare, and business development, Rida brings a systems-level approach to workforce safety, treating compliance not as a box to check, but as a culture to build. Led by Rida and supported by experienced training professionals, Revive by Design serves oil and gas, construction, healthcare, and industrial clients alongside executive and nonprofit leadership across Alberta.

Lynea serves as Co-Founder & President of Revive by Design Inc., helping lead the organization's strategic partnerships, operational growth, and long-term vision.
With decades of leadership experience in business, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives, Lynea has built a reputation for developing meaningful relationships, leading complex projects, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. Her background in executive leadership, business development, and organizational strategy helps ensure every partnership is built on trust, professionalism, and long-term value.
Working alongside the executive leadership team, Lynea helps guide Revive's continued growth while strengthening the relationships and culture that define the organization.
